Register & Order

+1. I’ve not heard of your company. Are you new?

Yes, Fox Trading was founded in 2016. However, we have a vast amount of experience in the industry. Our management team has been active in the beauty industry for over 15 years, and on a global scale.

+2. How do I create an account and receive offers?

It’s really easy. Just click on the link to create an account on our website and fill in as much as you can. We will send you your own customer number and add you to our mailing list so you can start receiving our fantastic offers and can place orders immediately.

+3. Do you work with small businesses?

We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes. As long as you are VAT registered and have accepted our terms and conditions, we appreciate all our customers.

+4. Are your products genuine?

Yes. Supplying non-genuine goods is a criminal offence and would put our company and customers at risk of legal action, and liable for damages. We have worked with some of the largest retailers in the world, and have an established and trusted supplier network.

+5. I’m looking for something specific and it’s not in your offers can you help?

+6. Is there a minimum order value?

We have a standard minimum order value of €500 (or equivalent in GBP/USD). We also have offers where the minimum order value will be higher, please refer to the terms in the offer sheet. If you are planning an order and need some help, contact our sales team at sales@foxtrading.eu

Pricing & Payment

+1. Does the price include VAT and shipping?

We do not include VAT or shipping in any of our quotes. As we work with a global customer base, the VAT rates and shipping costs will vary for each customer/order. We will show these charges on the invoice to give you a clear breakdown of the total costs.

+2. I’ve placed an order and have the invoice. How can I pay?

We recommend bank transfer as the most cost effective and secure payment method. The invoice will have our account details along with the reference you should provide when making the payment. Payment will clear into our account usually within 1-2 working days.

+3. Can I pay using a credit card or PayPal?

We can accept payments from all major card providers and PayPal. Contact us at info@foxtrading.eu for further information. Please note service charges apply when making payments with credit cards and PayPal. Contact us for more details.

+4. Can I have a discount?

We try our best to bring you the most competitive prices, and in some cases we can offer further discounts when you buy more. Contact us with your order or quote and we will work with you to make the best offer.

Delivery & Returns

+1. Can you deliver the order to me?

Yes of course. Though we only work on ‘Ex-Works’ terms, where the goods are made available for collection from our warehouse, we can also provide delivery as an extra service. If you require this service, please request this when creating your account or placing an order. For more information on shipping and delivery times, have a look at our Logistics

+2. Where can you deliver?

We work with the world’s largest delivery service, DHL. This allows us to arrange delivery all over Europe. For orders outside of Europe, we cannot arrange shipment. Download our Shipping Rates to find out if we deliver to your country and delivery costs. We can also arrange delivery of pallet orders, prices will vary by order size and delivery location.

+3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on the delivery location and size of the order. Our Logistics page gives more detail about delivery times and cost. All our DHL parcels come fully tracked so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

+4. Is the order insured when Fox Trading arranges delivery?

We do not include insurance in the delivery cost, however, we can arrange this with our logistics partner should you wish. Prices are available on request.

+5. I received my order and there are damaged items. What should I do?

All damages, leakages, missing items etc., need to be reported within 48 hours of the order being received. We recommend you check the carton thoroughly when the delivery arrives and photograph any damages inside and outside the carton. In case of any damaged orders please send photographs to us via email along with details of the damage. We can then issue refunds or replacements where appropriate.
